Opening hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  •  Saturday: 9.30 to 6 pm
  • Sundays and holidays (except 1 January, 1 May and 25 December) from 10:30 to 12:30
    July 14 and August 15: 10.30am to 12.30pm and from 2 ti 5 pm
    24 and 31 December: from 9:30 to 12:30

OUR mission: inform, propose, assist AND promoTE

  • Welcome visitors and inform about local tourist attractions, but also on practical life  in the region.

  •  To market and offer package tours (visits, guided tours, hiking trails etc.), according to the Tourism Act of July 13, 1992.

  •  Learn about tourist sites in other regions.

  •  Manage and coordinate a network of  local tourism providers.

  •  Edit a tourist information pack on the city (maps, thematic brochures, posters etc ).

  •  Inform local people about local events.

  •  Promote the city and its surroundings, by actively participating in all operations that can present local entertainment, local produce and all the riches of the city.

  •  Assist companies and groups in their seminars and conferences.

  •  Participate in the establishment of local events (festivals, competitions etc ) and create events.

  •  Administer and manage the structures entrusted by the Community: camp sites, waterways, boat trips, the tourist train and so on.
